A Commercial Contract in Video Format?

It hasn't escaped your notice — video is everywhere: Shorts, Reels… whatever you call them, they're usually short-form content that you can scroll through endlessly. And I was surprised to see everyone jumping on board, including news outlets like France Info.

Past the initial somewhat reactionary thought, I told myself that after all, why not — if it makes previously inaccessible topics more accessible. So I drew a parallel with my own work, especially since I recently trained in Legal Design and have been trying to apply it wherever I can.

I drew that parallel with my own practice, particularly because I recently completed training in Legal Design and have been trying to put it into practice whenever possible.

The exercise comes down to asking: how can we make a contract readable, understandable, and accessible to everyone? It sounds basic — but it is, unfortunately, often far from the reality.

So: let's try, let's dare to simplify, to highlight, to strip back, to illustrate, to change the medium! As long as the conditions of validity are met and the risks are covered, why not rethink the form and presentation to gain in clarity and readability.

In the end, I admit, I remain a huge fan of Word — but I am trying to break the habit!
